“BrightWater”... the name behind the Property brands... is an amalgam of other well-known operators in this field – Mitchells Management and BrightWater Estates. The New Milton based “Mitchells Management” was merged with the Bournemouth based operations of BrightWater Estates both of whom then operated under the group banner of BrightWater, giving them overall management of hundreds of landlords... and coverage from Poole through to Lymington. These corporate brands have between them been managing properties for Landlords since 1962!.
In July 2021 we opened our second office by acquiring Lets Accommodate in Ringwood, the business will operate under the BrightWater umbrella adding to our coverage of The New Forest and surrounding areas.
“BrightWater” has been selling properties since 1994, we have developed and sold properties from Studio Apartments, Commercial Units to Country and Beachfront Estates.
To accommodate our growing business in June 2021 we moved our New Forest office to the busy Ringwood Road in Walkford. The company now occupies a 1,200 sq. ft. suite of offices. We have a lovely welcoming reception area as well as a confidential meeting room for clients to discuss their property business issues in private.
We have dedicated staff in all departments, meaning your property is not only in safe hands but each member of the team is an expert in their role.
As members of the Association of Retail Letting Agents, the “BrightWater” team is highly skilled and professional, with many years of expertise between us - in Letting Agency, Sales Agency, Property Construction and Development, Property Management and Block Management. We therefore have a high level of knowledge of both the local lettings and the range of repair and maintenance trades needed to manage properties to the highest standard.
